A decision has been taken by the Leader, to approve the following written resolution, as the shareholder representative for Gloucestershire Airport Limited (the Company):

·       To approve the appointment of Karen Taylor to the role of Managing Director and as a statutory Director of Gloucestershire Airport Limited (GAL)

Following a recruitment campaign and interview process, the above candidate was recommended to shareholders for appointment.

In line with the schedule of responsibilities in the shareholder’s agreement ‘appointing persons as Directors of the company requires a recommendation from the GAL Board and approval by shareholders.
