implementing these in full with a few local amendments as agreed

The Green Book pay changes are nationally agreed changes effective from 1 April 2019. The City Council will be implementing these in full with a few local amendments as agreed with the Trade Unions.
Alternative options considered:
The City Council have decided to implement the changes in full rather than deviate from these with the exception of a few local amendments as agreed with the Trade Unions. Detailed alternative options have therefore not been explored.
