To receive the report of the Corporate Director concerning a further amendment relating to the Council’s scheme of delegation on planning matters in relation to applications received from Members and Council officers or their immediate relatives.

82.1    Councillor Morgan, Chair of the General Purposes Committee advised that the Committee had recommended that Council adopt the changes to the Constitution detailed in paragraph 3.5 of the report which would bring greater clarity.

82.2    RESOLVED that the changes to the Council’s Constitution detailed at paragraph 3.5 of the report be approved.
