88.1 Council considered the report of the Cabinet Member for Performance and Resources (Councillor Norman) which sought approval to amend the Treasury Management Strategy 2017-18 to include Gloucestershire Airport Limited as a counter party with a limit of £1.75M to enable drawdown of funds to support cash flow and various consequential matters.
