6.1 The Mayor advised Members that the Civic party had chosen the charity Footsteps: Care and Counselling as their primary charity of the year. He encouraged Members to support the charity through the Gloucester Lottery Fund and offered to discuss alternative options for those individuals not comfortable with participating in the Gloucester Lottery.
Managing Director
6.2 The Managing Director assured Members that the management team were fully aware of the importance of the Civic Office and this had been fully considered in the Together Gloucester proposals. He advised that he would be writing to all Councillors before the next Council meeting detailing how these functions would be delivered in the new structure.
