To approve as a correct record the minutes of the Council Meeting held on 28 September 2017.

36.1    RESOLVED that the minutes of the meeting held on 28^th September 2017 be confirmed and signed by the Mayor as a correct record subject to the following amendments:-

            Minute 26.3   the address should read Wellington Parade.

Minute 34.1   the motion was seconded by Councillor J. Brown

Minute 34.7   the notice of motion was from the Labour Group
