37.1 The Mayor invited Members to indicate whether they wished to reserve agenda item 9. No Members indicated as such and Councillor James was therefore invited to move agenda item 9. Councillor Watkins seconded the motion.
37.2 RESOLVED - that the recommendations of those reports which have not been reserved for discussion be approved.
