55.1 Councillor Watkins declared an interest in Notice of Motion five by virtue of her being the Chair of Marketing Gloucester Limited (MGL) and advised that she would not take part in the debate.
55.2 Councillor Stephens raised a point of order asking whether Councillor Watkins (as current Chair of MGL) and Councillor James (as the former Chair of MGL) would withdraw and not vote on Notice of Motion five. The Monitoring Officer advised that there were no disclosable pecuniary interests related to the motion and, in respect of other interests, they would not relate to the substance of what the motion sought to achieve.
