To waive a breach of the terms of the lease of
the South East Area dated 26 March 1997 (surrendered and regranted
26th November 1998) to allow Gloucestershire Airport Ltd, the
tenant, to grant a supplemental lease at a peppercorn rent of a
small area of land adjacent to Unit 32-33 Babcock Mission Critical
Services Onshore Ltd and also to grant a car parking licence to the
same subtenant on land adjacent to unit SE34. Details of the waiver
and underletting and licence are contained on the attached letter
dated 12 February 2019.
