To consider the report of the Head of Paid Service concerning the appointment of an interim S151 Officer, in accordance with Section 151 of the Local Government Act 1972.

72.1    RESOLVED that Greg Maw, Financial Services Manager, be designated the Council’s interim Chief Finance Officer (S151 Officer) until such time as a permanent appointment is made, in accordance with section 151 of the Local Government Act 1972, with effect from 1 April for a period of up to 6 months but no more than 12 months.
