Western Railway (GWR) for the purpose of redeveloping the
Gloucester Railway Station in line with the Cabinet Reports of June

Gloucestershire County Council to Great Western Railway.

As part of the Flood Risk Regulations (FRR)
the EA and Gloucestershire County Council as Lead Local Flood
Authority (LLFA) have a statutory obligation to prepare Flood Risk
Management Plans (FRMPs) for Flood Risk Areas (FRA). Gloucester
City Council (GCiC) has been consulted and identified a number of
potential actions or projects it will lead on within this public
document that covers the current cycle from 2021 to 2027.
Approval is required by the Director to approve measures which GCiC
are leading so they can be published in the FRMP. GCiC agree to be
named as responsible partner as appropriate in other measures in
the final FRMP publication.
