Reasons for the decision:
In order to ensure a thorough and effective action plan it is vital that we engage with colleagues from other organisations and the public themselves to gather views and comments which may be incorporated into the action plan prior to submission to MHCLG.
Alternative options considered:
Not consulting is an option, but this would be at the expense of an action plan which is truly based on work across the City and hence would not be of as much value to the organisation or Gloucester residents.
