Public Question Time
To receive any questions from members of the public provided that a question does not relate to:
· Matters which are the subject of current or pending legal proceedings, or
· Matters relating to employees or former employees of the Council or comments in respect of individual Council Officers
Minutes:
A member of the public started to ask a question. He was stopped by the Chair who, on the advice of the Solicitor, refused to accept the question as it did not relate to a matter included on the agenda.
The Chair advised the member of the public to submit his question in writing and he would receive a written response.
