3.1       RESOLVED that: The minutes of the meetings held on the 25^th of November 2019 and the 2^nd of December 2019 were approved and signed as a correct record by the Chair.

3.2       The Chair explained that the minutes of the Special MGL meeting held on the 19^th of December 2019 would be circulated to Members once finalised.
