To approve as a correct record the minutes of the meetings held on the 19^th of December 2019 and the 6^th of January 2020.

RESOLVED: -  That the minutes of the meetings held on the 19^th of December 2019 and the 6^th of January 2020 were approved and signed as a correct record by the Chair.
