Agenda and minutes

The opportunity is given to members of the public to put questions to Cabinet Members or Committee Chairs provided that a question does not relate to:

·               Matters which are the subject of current or pending legal proceedings or

·               Matters relating to employees or former employees of the Council or comments in respect of individual Council Officers.

Please note that as this is a Special Meeting any questions should relate to the subjects being considered by Council.

A period not exceeding three minutes is allowed for the presentation of a petition or deputation provided that no such petition is in relation to:

·               Matters relating to individual Council Officers, or

·               Matters relating to current or pending legal proceedings

Please note that as this is a Special Meeting any petitions or deputations should relate to the subjects being considered by Council.

To waive Council Procedure Rules to allow the relevant Officersto address the Council in respect of item 6 and 7 on the agenda.

To receive the report of the Cabinet Member for Performance and Resources which recommends the adoption of a Council Plan for the period 2014-2017.

To receive the report of the Cabinet Member for Regeneration and Culture which seeks approval for the Joint Core Strategy (JCS) Pre Submission to be published as the version of the JCS proposed to be submitted to the Secretary of State for independent examination and which also seeks approval for the relevant delegated authority to be given in consultation with relevant Lead Members to permit any necessary minor amendments that need to be made.
