8.1 Moved by Councillor James (Leader of the Council and Cabinet Member for Regeneration and Economy), seconded by Councillor Dallimore (Deputy Leader of the Council and Cabinet Member for Communities and Neighbourhoods) –
8.2 RESOLVED - That Council Procedure Rules be suspended to allow the relevant officers to address the Council in respect of agenda items 11 (Adoption of the Constitution for 2015-16) and 12 (Community Infrastructure Levy – Preliminary Draft Charging Schedule).
