73.1 Councillor Morgan declared a Disclosable Pecuniary Interest in Agenda item 8, Review of Members’ Allowances 2017, and he withdrew to the public gallery during consideration of that item.
73.2 Councillor Gravells declared a personal interest in Notices of Motion (2) as Gloucestershire County Council Cabinet Member for Public Health.
