To approve as a correct record the minutes of the Council Meetings held on 23 March 2017 and the Special Council Meeting on 27^th April 2017 (Part 1).

4.1         RESOLVED – That the minutes of the meeting held on 23^rd March 2017 and the Special Council Meeting on the 27^th April 2017, be approved as correct records and signed by the Mayor.
