(a) Call over (items 9-13) will be read out at the meeting and Members invited to reserve the items for discussion.
(b) To approve the recommendations of those reports which have not been reserved for discussion.
Minutes:
47.1 The Mayor invited Members to indicate whether they wished to reserve agenda items 9, 10, 11, 12 and 13 for discussion. Members indicated that they wished to reserve Item 9 for discussion.
47.2 Councillor James advised that Members had been made aware of a change to the recommendations under Item 13 and that the change had been circulated. He then moved the motion, which was seconded by Councillor Watkins.
47.3 RESOLVED – that the recommendations contained within Items 10, 11, 12 and 13 (as amended) be approved.
