To enter in to a formal contract with Midas Construction Limited for the pre-construction design stage JCT Pre-Construction Services Agreement (General Contractor) 2016 (PCSA2016) with the intention of negotiating a JCT Design and Build Contract 2016 (DB2016), with amendments for the construction stage.
