Subject to Audit and Governnce Committee
agreeing to the inclusion of CYMCA as an investment partner of the
Council on 22 July 2019, that the decision agreed at Cabinet on
12th of June is now implemented, to:
1) The Council provides a loan for £1.3m to support the
acquisition of a 48-unit premises in Gloucester to provide
supported/temporary accomodation.
2) In addition to provide a grant of £100,000.00 for the same
scheme.
3) The Council enters into a nomination agreement with CYMCA in
respect of the above units to alleviate homelessness.
