into an ‘inter authority agreement’ with the Forest of
Dean District Council acting as the lead authority in connection
with delivering a ‘Places of Safety’ service. The
agreement is concerned with overseeing the contract between all
Gloucestershire Districts and Westlea Housing Association,
concerning the provision of 12 homes as ‘places of
safety’.
