To award a new contract to O2-Telefonica UK for the provision of handsets and voice and data connections to the mobile phone network, using a direct Call-Off from the Crown Commercial Services RM1045 Network Services framework agreement. Award a 36 Month Initial Contract with the option to extend 2*12 month periods.
