To approve the shareholder resolution to enable Ubico to increase the current services that it delivers to the Forest of Dean District Council(FODDC) to include the delivery of waste, recycling and street cleaning services.
Reasons for the decision:
There is no negative impact to the City Council from this decision and it will bring potential opportunities through cross boundary working opportunities.
Alternative options considered:
Not agreeing to FODDC services being delivered is an option but there is no valid reason why we would take that approach.
