To approve as a correct record the minutes of the meeting held on 28^th of October 2019.

19.1    The minutes of the meeting held on 28^th October 2019 were agreed and signed by the Chair as a correct record. Feedback was sought on the Committee’s recommendations in respect of the Council Tax Support Scheme. Councillor Norman confirmed that all war pensions would be disregarded under the scheme and that the decision of minimum payments would be deferred until January.
