Issue - meetings

To approve as a correct record the minutes of the meetings held on 28^th November 2022 and 5^th December 2022.

75.1    The Democratic and Electoral Services Officer referred to minutes of the meeting held on 28^th November 2022 and advised that since this meeting, the Transfer of Sites in Podsmead to Enable the Regeneration of the Estate report had been made public. Overview and Scrutiny Committee Members agreed that the full minutes of this meeting should also be made public accordingly.

          RESOLVED – That the minutes of the meetings held on 28^th November and 5^th December 2022 were approved and signed as a correct record by the Chair.
