To consider the report of the Leader of the Council concerning Gloucestershire Airport Limited.

47.1    Councillor Cook, moved and Councillor H. Norman seconded the motion.

47.2    Councillor Hilton moved and Councillor Wilson seconded an amendment, which was accepted by Councillor Cook and became part of the substantive motion.

47.3    RESOLVED – That the recommendations be approved as set out in the report, subject to the amendment agreed.
