A period not exceeding three minutes is allowed for the presentation of a petition or deputation provided that no such petition or deputation is in relation to:
· Matters relating to individual Council Officers, or
· Matters relating to current or pending legal proceedings

65.1 Councillor A. Chambers presented a petition which called for the Council to re-buy the land back at Newton Avenue in Coney Hill and install EV electric vehicle parking for residents, making the streets safer and providing environmentall friendly parking options.
65.2 The Cabinet Member for Performance and Resources, Councillor Norman, received the petition and advised that she would pass it onto officers who would review the proposal.
