19/04/2024 - KQ The Forum phase 2 regeneration Co-lateral Warranties ref: 1413    Recommendations Approved

To enter into Co-lateral Warranties with twelve specialist sub-contractors appointed by Kier Construction for works to the King Quarter Forum regeneration development in Gloucester city centre. These works are an integral part of The Forum regeneration approved by Cabinet and Council in January 2021. The works themselves are included as part of the Kier Construction signed building contract and comply with the Development Funding Agreement with R Blue Regen G L Limited.
