Marketing Gloucester Ltd – Liquidator Fees Approval Process

To authorise the Monitoring Officer to complete and return the voting form to approve the liquidators fee for preparing the statement of affairs, remuneration of the liquidators be agreed on a time cost basis in accordance with the fee estimate and that the liquidators be authorised to draw down Category 2 disbursements. Also that there was no requirement from the Council for a Creditors Committee to be established as there was no benefit in doing so.
