Western Railway (GWR) for the purpose of redeveloping the
Gloucester Railway Station in line with the Cabinet Reports of June
2017, February 2019 and the decision of the Leader of the Council
of December 2020. This agreement ‘passports’ funds from
Gloucestershire County Council to Great Western Railway.
