To agree to a second licence to occupy, for a further 6 month period, on the same terms as the current licence.

2.    Management of Gloucester City Council’s Temporary Accommodation at Caridas House and Priory Place for the period from 01 November 2021 to 02 October 2022 to Cheltenham YMCA.

1)    For Gloucester City Council to enter into a participation agreement with county partners (listed below) for the purpose of cooperating in the joint commissioning of services intended to reduce rough sleeping, alleviate and prevent homelessness in Gloucestershire.  The participation agreement will be between Cotswold District Council, Forest of Dean District Council, Cheltenham Borough Council, Stroud District Council, Tewkesbury Borough Council, Gloucestershire County Council, The Office of Police and Crime Commissioner and the NHS Clinical Commissioning Group.

2)    Gloucester City Council has agreed to act as the lead partner for the procurement of such services in its role as employer of the countywide programme team and will enter into three contracts with the charity P3 for the provision of Hub, Navigator and EHS services.
